Windows 10: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODETRAP on blue screen. Concerned I haven’t had important files backed...

Had the blue screen appear to me stating the code: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP Logged into to desktop but then automatically reboots twice until “Recovery” page pops up. I’ve gotten so far to log in Safe Mode, but where to go from here? Mostly concerned I don’t have all my files backed up properly. Where do I go from here?
