Windows 10: Unexplained charge to my account

Hello, I have an unexplained charge to my account of £59.99 on the 28th of May. I have not signed up to any subscriptions or payments to my knowledge. My main account on Microsoft is my business account that would not have resulted in charges to my personal account. I have 3 accounts. 2 personal and 1 business account with no transaction history. I’m finding it extremely difficult to understand the charge and speak to someone to resolve this. I have no transaction history, have not signed up to any subscriptions to my knowledge and there will have been no one else that has made this charge unl

To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
