Windows 10: Unexplained mailer-daemon responses from Windows Mail

Lately I've been receiving Mailer-Daemon responses for "permanent error." But I don't recognize the email address and did not use it as a recipient of any emails I've sent. It is not among my listings in the People app. What can this mean, and how to correct it?

Mailer Daemon Spam (Aol to Gmail)

I do maintenance on my parents email accounts (AOL is their main, gmail is my father's secondary) since they don't (my mom had over 2000 emails in her new mail tab, yikes), and lately my father has been getting emails from mailer-daemon(at)googlemail(dot)com, from an email address with @Google(dot)com which is fake as all &^%*. Checking it out, the emails are spam mails, and the url's keep pointing towards a place called junglezoo.site

I have googled, bing'd, and yahoo'd this url and it points me towards a business picker-uper webpage which looks and sounds fake as &%$&, and I have since added the mailer daemon address to the blocked senders list since I have seen no help with the gmail community (and said community is laggy as heck right now, can't post a single question period), and reviewing his gmail settings shows nothing out of place

I don't know how long this mailer daemon spam will last, but is there a way to stop it once and for all (excluding the nuclear option of deleting all of his email accounts), or is this a hopeless endeavor?

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
