Windows 10: Unexplained MSFT Charge with no history

I have an "NNT MSFT" charge on my card that I'm not certain about and when using Microsoft's investigate charge history, there is no posted statement to investigate even though the bill has been well within 60 days. I cannot determine the source of this charge nor get clear answers as to why a monthly recurring charge is being posted for this long. I need to emphasize I used Microsoft's card investigation history and it is not showing any history for the card being charged, yet I clearly see the charges in my bank account.

Unexplained charge to my account

Hello, I have an unexplained charge to my account of £59.99 on the 28th of May. I have not signed up to any subscriptions or payments to my knowledge. My main account on Microsoft is my business account that would not have resulted in charges to my personal account.

I have 3 accounts. 2 personal and 1 business account with no transaction history. I’m finding it extremely difficult to understand the charge and speak to someone to resolve this.

I have no transaction history, have not signed up to any subscriptions to my knowledge and there will have been no one else that has made this charge unless my security has been compromised.
