Windows 10: Unfair

Hi thereLate last year I was given a free trial. I was not made aware that Microsoft would charge to my credit card once the trial ended. I emailed twice early in the year and never got a reply. No one bother to reply.When I was offered the free trial, I told Microsoft that we will be closing our domain because we would set up another one with a different domain because our business name was changing. I cancelled my email with the old domain name last week. Now I get money debited from my account which I didn’t sign up for. I am not sure how it get debited when I cancelled with Melbourne IT.

MAC software only for Leopard?! UNFAIR!

I'm sorry, but I find it extremely unfair that the software for the MACs only works with Leopard. I just got my phone today, I was all excited to put music on it because I don't have an iPod. So I download the software and it tells me it's not compatible
with my version of OSX which is 10.4.11. So how am I supposed to use the music player?! Anyone else have this unfair problem??

 

Microsoft Unfair Practice

I was real excited that windows 10 was coming out. But real disappointed when I started using it. My ability to manage all my picture files were lost. In window 7 I use to be able to arrange my pictures by the month and year.
In Windows 10 No. I asked for help no help. So I decided to revert back to windows 7 which was a option. Because of that Now windows 7 has so many corrupted task images my Task scheduler wont work. I cant back up my files. The Help thing is
the same. You would think that Microsoft would help in addressing this situation. Windows update? Maybe Mr Fix it?What I have learned is there are more sufferers than myself. This is UNFAIR that Microsoft does a launch of this sort with no help.
