Windows 10: Unfinished answers to many problems

I read thru the problems some people experience with their operating system. I started to notice a reoccurring theme. They will ask some questions, get some answers, but once the problem starts getting very technical, the support person whom ever it may have been at that time just stops responding. I have seen some locked threads like this from as far back as 7 years. Can you imagine these peoples frustration, they came here looking for answers, they were given some crumbs, then they are just forgotten about. That's like being on forever hold. Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

Hi Ken. Your answer file suggests that you are a fellow Finland Swede. Welcome to Ten Forums!

That error is because there's no generic product key or MAK key in your answer file. It is obligatory in autounattend.xml answer file, the one that takes care of first phase of Windows setup, partitioning and installing.
