    i brought a brand new laptop and now I see someone else's files in my documents and all the Office programs were signed in with their account. Where could they have come from and what is there to do about it?

    Hi, Badrobot and thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately the issue is still not resolved. The connection still shows as Unidentified and it disconnects frequently.

    Have you tried the basic troubleshooting procedure? Resetting the modem and router? Just unplug and plug back in again. Do it one at a time and start with the modem first.

I don't know what I was thinking but I extracted it and ran the setup file inside it. After I ran it, the mouse pointer gave a loading sign and then nothing happened... nothing...
