Windows 10: Unidentified network after 5 minutes goes back to normal

Hey my computer is bugging my network says unidentified network after 5 minutes and goes back to normal and unidentified network again. I tried every solution in this forum it's been bothering in my games

I've asked this question before but it isn't happened since November 16th, which was around the time I asked

in Event Viewer > Applications and Service Logs > Microsoft > Windows > Network Profile > Operational, I've seen this network called "Unidentified Network" connect

it's something that's only really visible through Event Viewer because there's no actual network connecting in the Wifi list other than my own; additionally this "Unidentified Network" is not my normal Wifi/Ethernet connection because mine has an actual name

it has happened again today and from what I see, aligns with "DNS Client- WLAN Extensibility" events in the System log. and I'm wondering if anyone knows what it could be

the helpful context is that a storm has blown out my internet last night, and then this Unidentified Network thing started happening today

when I logged onto my computer, unsurprisingly I has no internet connection, and when I checked NetworkProfile logs, my usual Wifi name was there, saying it's connected and whatnot. my laptop does this too

however, a few minutes later, a few more events will occur in the log, detailing this "Unidentified Network". nothing unusual in the Wifi or Connections list, but this Unidentified Network just 'connects'

the thing that confuses me is that this only happens on my PC, not my laptop. it's happened on every session I've started on my computer (4-5, to test) since the power has gone out

does anyone have a potential explanation as to what this Unidentified Network thing could be/mean?

when I log onto the computer, the events with my Wifi name are logged like they always are (albeit, there's more than there usually is, presumably due to the outage)

and you're saying that the Unidentified Network events log, either when Chrome opens my router's webpage or a few minutes after the normal Wifi events, due to something authentication-based, caused by the internet outage?

under normal circumstances, when I have internet, the only events in NetworkProfile are logged when I first turn on my PC, and there's only a few of them, with my Wifi's name.

there's never any other events throughout the day. the Unidentified Network events and the frequency that they occur, either on startup or 3-5 minutes after, started up after the internet went out
