    Hi,
    Recently I noticed, that there are some new user account on my win10. Unfortunately it wasn't me who creadted them.

    (My win10 is using hungarian language, this image was taken in the start menu account submenu)
    At first I deleted them, but they keep coming back. At one point I had about 6 of these. I suspected malwere or virus infection, because it happens in offline mode too, but my ESET Smart Security and Avast and Spybot search couldn't solve this issue.

    How are you trying to share data?

    When you connect the phone to the PC do the drivers load? The phone shows up in windows explorer? There are no unidentified devices in device manager?

    My CD/DVD burner cannot be seen in my computer running Window10 Home Edition

    It's a custom built computer. And no, there is no DVD or cd rom showing up in the device manager, though there is something under other devices that is unidentifiable that says its having errors/issues
