Unindentified Network, No internet acess after using a VPN (Ethernet).

I used a VPN today, and then our ISP's servers crashed or something, since I live in a dorm, that provides internet. I have no acess to a modem.
I've tried setting my IP to a static one, reinstall drivers, ipconfig renew release and flushdns , tried using different cables that worked on other pcs.I seem to be the only one in the dorm that is affected by it. Also even reinstalled windows, still no cigar.

  2. Mobile HotSpot over VPN to Ethernet connection not possible ?

Is it possible to select a VPN connection as a target for Mobile HotSpot setting in Windows 10 (1703) ?

Currently it only offers Network (my default ethernet cable)

    Why such a mess?

PC is connected via Ethernet to a network, to get Internet access we have to establish a VPN network.

So any outgoing traffic has to go through the VPN channel.

WiFi gadget -> WiFi HotSpot -> VPN -> Ethernet Network

Currently it does something like this

WiFi gadget -> WiFi HotSpot -> Ethernet Network <- VPN

Which results in a completely not working network.

Outlook VPN connection after upgrading to Window 10

After upgrading to Windows 10 and outlook 13 I cannot use VPN and Ethernet wired connection to connect to Outlook server. I will work if I use Ethernet to connect to VPN and Wireless Network. I have discovered that is a provide a second Ethernet connection
to my laptop via USB to Ethernet device I can connect using only wired Ethernet connections. Is their a conflict or setting I need to change in order to using a single wired Ethernet connection to connect to company Outlook server via VPN?

Unindentified Network, No internet acess after using a VPN (Ethernet).

If you are on a network that the school manages, they are who you should be asking if your computer is the only one or a group of computers are having issues connecting. As for the VPN, that can cause you to have issues getting to anything outside that pipeline. Changing the OS network settings to something that the network router and/or smart switch does not know how to route your requests, along with letting you get to a website through the other side of the VPN is always going to cause you to also have problems.

Turn off the VPN, change the network settings back to what it was before this happened, since your computer did not cause the ISP to go offline, something on their system caused the problem

What do you exactly mean by changing/reverting the network settings back.
I've disabled the VPN adapter, and also uninstalled it quite some time ago, uninstalled the program too.
I did contact my ISP and they say basically that, they can't see me plugging in the cable(they have some sort of a pre connection, like things where you check stuff and pay for the net, even without having it in the first place.), and that I was actually the only one with the problem.

Changing your MAC will get you into trouble with the admin of your school network and/or the ISP. If you were blocked for some reason and changed the MAC, you will get blocked again and most likely permanent.
