Windows 10: unins001.dat does not exist. Cannot unistall.

I was playing games and I realized that my voice mod wasn't working. It normally opens itself up when I boot up my computer, but now it wasn't. It wouldn't open and I figured I would just uninstall and reinstall it. But when I tried uninstalling it said, "File "Crogram Files\Voicemod Desktop\unins001.dat" does not exist. Cannot Uninstall" If someone could just give me a video link or a tutorial in the replies it would be great. Im urgent to get this fixed so please respond quick. Thank you.

Associate .dat files to NotePad

Right click a dat file, choose 'Open With' - Choose Another App

Important - Check the box marked 'Always use this app to open dat . . .'

If Notepad is not in the list, scroll to the bottom and click 'More Apps'

Again if Notepad is not in the list, at the bottom, click 'Look for another app on this PC', then navigate to find the Notepad application in C:\Windows\System32

How do I unistall a program that is installed in a non existing directory?

When i go to the sistem registry editor, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall , and use the unistall line to unistall the program, the unistaller of the program starts but gives me an error saying obviously that he can't find the right folder, in fact the install location says that it is installed in a non existing directory. Is there any other way to force the unistallation?
