    Uninstall and restore it after reinstalling Windows.


    This is a new topic, as the previous one was not answered.I have a question about regedit and uninstall. It has the following path: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\". So, does it make sense to export the entire Unistall section or only those subsections that are responsible for uninstalling programs? Then, after reinstalling Windows, you can restore them and uninstall the program?So, does it make sense and does it work as I understood it?

    System restore is handy when it works like it did for me 2 days ago saving the need to reinstall all of my software as well as windows, id suggest using norton Ghost 12 for an excellent system restore feature.

    i uninstalled a game, can i restore it?

    steam now supports UT3...and i JUST uninstalled it*Bang Head :banghead: is there a way to restore it? or just reinstall it some how? (i don't have the CD)

    Reinstall Windows?

    You don't need to reinstall windows. Go to the device manager and remove uninstall the processor and motherboard drivers listed. When you start the system back up you should be able to re-install the new ones. I just changed my mobo/processor Friday, everything is fine.

    BTW I have seen some reviews that state practically no difference in using more than 2gb of ram.
