Windows 10: Uninstall Corrupted Windows Update

So When Windows Still Installing the updates The Power Went off and After The power back on I Turn on My Computer and When i tried to uninstall the update in Control Panel there is no "uninstall" button it Happened in those Twoi tried using wusa /uninstall /kb but it doesn't work it say i don't have the Update in my computer to uninstall,this corrupted updates makes too many problem in my Computer i tried using System restore but My "System protection" was turned off and there is no Checkpoint for System Restore but Previously I already Uninstall This Updates But i Forgot to Turn off Windows

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused
