Windows 10: uninstall updates permanently

Hello Daniela here i have windows 10 my pc is only 5 months old was working great and since the update happed on Wednesday evening 9th everything has slowed down i work on ebay and other platforms and wednesday night i was prompt to update and shutdown or update and restart so i chose update and shutdown thursday morning 10th Dec pc is not loading all my pages up cannot access Australia Post website plus others it's very slow, i done the system restart back dating to november but did not work properly i need my pc to work efficiently purchased from JB HIFI watergardens $1000 do i need to take it back to be cleaned out? am not pc literate so please help me get my pc back to it's performance and no more updates i have managed to suspend date til january i want the updates removed thankyou i hope i can solve asap.

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

 

How to remove old installed driver permanently?

Hi,

I would suggest you follow the below steps to permanently remove the Bluetooth drivers.

Step 1:

Go to search box next to windows icon and type device manager

Step 2:

Under Device manager expand Bluetooth

Step 3:

Right-click on the Bluetooth device for which you want to uninstall the drivers permanently

Step 4:

Then click on Properties and select the Drivers tab

Step 5:

Under drivers tab Click on Uninstall Device

Step 6:

Uninstall Device prompt Tick the box next to Delete the driver software for this device

Step 7:

Click Uninstall & then restart the PC

Step 8:

Restart the PC again and then plug the new Bluetooth device

Can i uninstall windows 10 update assistant after the windows 10 anniversary update was successful?

Hi, I followed these instructions and it uninstalled just fine. But the next day the update assistant popped up again and I found that it reinstalled itself. How can I keep this permanently uninstalled?
