Windows 10: Uninstalled a file through my antivirus, and now I have a blank blue screen, any help?

I only uninstalled a Microsoft office program, google earth, and another Microsoft office start up program. After I deleted them, the background went blue and I was unable to use AVGs restore feature to get back what I uninstalled. Any help on the what to do? Thanks for your help.

I understand your issue with Blue Screen of Death, we are here to help you and guide you in the right direction.

Blue screens (BSOD) is mostly occur due to hardware and sometimes due to incompatible software. In a lot of cases it is a corrupted driver or a driver conflict. The most common causes of blue screens are overheating, faulty RAM, video card problem
and BIOS.



Step 1: Disable Antivirus software

Disable the Antivirus software temporarily and check if it helps.

Note: Antivirus software can help protect the computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you should not disable the antivirus software. If you do have
to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time the antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Step 2: Also uninstall and reinstall Graphic drivers.

• Press Windows key + R key.
• Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
• In device manager go to display adapter.
• Right click and uninstall.

After you uninstall the drives, I suggest you to reinstall the latest drivers from the manufacturing website and check.

Also update the chipset drivers from the manufacturer website.

• Have you made any changes on your computer prior to this issue? -> No. i have not made any change on my PC prior this issue.

• Aside from getting the dump file, did you perform any troubleshooting steps? -> i tried update all driver to news version, check all hardware , uninstall some hardware and software unnecessary. tried clean register with CCleaner software.
  But all my PC still happen Blue screen errors sometime
