Windows 10: Uninstalled BlueMail and now a annoying pop up appear at every windows start

I have downloaded this email app Blue Mail on Microsoft Store then removed it but it started those annoying messages every time I start Windows. Someone can help me with this problem? I thought that Microsoft Store was safe for downloading applications but it looks like I was wrong.

BlueMail

Once BlueMail is installed, it never auto updates unless the user specifically selects that in Options. The updating happened because of a slip-up by me. When 1st installing BlueMail, it's an online installation & makes sure the user is getting the newest version. I've had other programs (from bigger companies) do the same thing. The difference is that I could find a version that didn't need internet access to be installed. I can't seem to find 1 for BlueMail. I like BlueMail, it does work for me. I just don't care for the new interface & want to go back down a couple of versions. But I have looked into others & am still looking. I'll take a look at eMClient & Thunderbird. Thanks for the suggestions.

 

annoying desktop pop ups

Hi Sheena,

Pop ups can be distracting for some, and depending on your reference, you can disable the desktop pop ups by following these steps:

• Click Start or the Windows logo and go to Settings (gear icon).
• Go to System and choose Notification & actions.
• Under Notifications, turn off Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows or whatever you want to turn off.
• Close the window and it will automatically save the changes.

BlueMail

Unfortunately, I don't have a Backup/Restore Point that helped *Sad. So I'm just going to get used to BlueMail's newest version. 1 small inconvenience has popped-up. Before, I did NOT have a BlueMail shortcut on my Start Menu/anywhere else. But to open BlueMail, I just pressed FN+F2 on my keyboard, never a problem. But now, the only way I can get BlueMail to open is to have a shortcut on my Start Menu, go into the shortcut's Properties & assign it a shortcut key (I choose the F2 key). I'd rather not have the shortcut on my Start Menu but still have BlueMail open w/the FN+F2 keypress. I know this is somewhere in the registry, so does anyone know where the default FN+F2 assignment is?
