Windows 10: Uninstalled Realtek audio manager and can't get it back.

My wired headphones weren't working so I uninstalled the audio manager and now I can't get it back. I've restarting my computer, but it doesn't show up. If anybody could tell me how to get it back and maybe tell me how I can make my headphones work, that would be great.

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

 

I uninstalled Realtek audio manager and cant reinstall it

I was uninstalling some programs on my pc to liberate some ram and i didn´t know that realtek was my audio manager so i uninstalled it and now i can hear audio on the speakers but not in my headphones, i have read a lot of similar problems but in every and
each of them Realtek appears in Device manager but for my pc it doen´t appear and program files/Realtek doesn´t exist.

 

Can't uninstall Realtek Audio Drivers


any audio driver such as realtek should be un-installed through the Programs and Features control panel or the Sound, video and game controllers section of Device Manager, not the Audio inputs and outputs section of Device Manager.

if you are removing the realtek audio drivers thru Device Manager, expand the Sound, video and game controllers section, right-click on Realtek High Definition Audio, choose Uninstall AND check the checkbox that says "Delete the driver software for this device" (which is the most important step). Then restart the computer to complete the uninstallation.
