Windows 10: uninstalled RFCOMM Protocol for Bluetooth and it did not automatically re-instal upon reset :

I was using my bluetooth on my pc connected to my airpods when all of the sudden it disconnected. I went to re-pair the device but the bluetooth option in my menu the menu the comes up when you click on the wifi/volume/battery icon was gone. i went into my settings app to try aging but it just kept failing to pair every time. It would say something along the lines of "the device is unavailable" despite the airpods working fine on my phone. I was in a rush to get them to work so i googled solutions. I found this article that said I could uninstal "RFCOMM Protocol" in my device manager and r

I found this article that said I could uninstal "RFCOMM Protocol" in my device manager and restart the computer to reset my Bluetooth drivers. Upon doing so and restarting my laptop RFCOMM Protocol was still missing from my device manager. My Bluetooth still does not work and periodically reapers in my pop up window but will glitch out and diaper aging.

I have since done several virus scans on my pc and only found one issue that i promptly removed. I have also made sure i am up to date on all windows updates (windows 11).

Where do I got to get RFCOMM Protocol back and how do I fix my Bluetooth.

Bluetooth device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI)

After watching a video i used add legacy hardware on (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) and it turned to Bluetooth device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI ) #2 After it happened the driver started showing "This device can't start CODE 10" I want to know how to revert it back to how it was before as at that time it was working perfectly. The rollback function is disabled for it. It is a Windows 7 pc

So I'm trying to get Bluetooth on my Windows 7 OS but everytime I try installing Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) it says the Device won't start (Code 10) and when I try to troubleshoot it says It has a driver problem. Any help?
