Windows 10: Uninstalled Shortcuts Stays in Start Menu

So recently I was trying to uninstall and reinstall some applications but then I faced this weird issue. The apps that I uninstalled stays in the start menuInitially I thought it might be because of the app itself but I faced the same situation in another application tooI tried looking in these locations for the shortcuts%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs%ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\ProgramsBut I was not able to find them there. So I tried running CCleaner and cleaned the registry too but to no avail. Then as a last resort I also tried these commandsDism /Online /Cle

How to pin shortcut to start menu.

At first, you can create a shortcut in your Programs folder
(in a hidden folder C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs). The shortcut appears in
All apps list. Then you can pin it to Start menu / Taskbar as Mayank Gupta10 suggested.

The common way is to create a shortcut on the Desktop.
But the more elegant way is creating Custom toolbars.

How to ADD a shortcut to "All Apps" menus in Start Menu W10

You can put any .LNK shortcut (any type of shortcut you can put on your desktop, you can put into shellrograms and have it stay in your Start menu apps list). Just remember the Start menu won't show the new shortcut until the next time you login.
