Windows 10: Uninstalling internet lock = a password-protected program

Hi

many years ago i installed a program called internet lock

through installation steps the program needed a password so i gave it a password

i leave the program and didnt use it until now

i need to uninstall it but i dont remember the password

so i tried to delete the files directly and the program blocks all of my connection to internet

so i have to restore my windows to 12 days ago to fix the internet

i send an email to support of program but nothing happened and they didnt answer

what should i do to uninstall it?

Password protected Harddisk

According to ATA specifications every ATA harddisk (PATA,SATA) must have the possibility be protected by a password - the bios must be compatible but most new ones are.
A nice progam HD-X Lock makes it possible to install passwords to ones harddisks so that ever time the PC is shut down and is started again a usb-stick or CD-Rom or floppy with this program has to be inserted to provide a password. Otherwise the Harddisk apears to be empty / formatted. A very nice thing if one is a pirate.
There is a user password and a master password. With the free version of HD-X Lock one can only set the user password - with the full version also the master password which is important cause the factory set master password in all seagte harddisks is well know (seagate+25 spaces) and samsung has no master password at all installed.
With laptops that have a harddisk password setting in the bios one can not use HD-X Lock because when you set a password with HD-X Lock it is internally scrambled and you can not get the harddisk open without putting the lapstops harddisk into a desktop PC.

• Go to Settings > Click Accounts.
• On the right panel select Sign-in options > Under Password you'll see the option to add password.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Unable to uninstall Internet explorer 8

hello, i am new to the forums, i am having trouble uninstalling internet explorer 8, i have windows xp home edition, i went to control panel/add remove programs and it doesn't show there, i tried going into the main folder for IE8 but there is no uninstall icon, the reason i want to uninstall it is because i want to install back version 7, and it wont let me unless i uninstall the newer version. any suggestions?
