Windows 10: Uninstalling OldnewExplorerer bugged my File Explorer (Please help)

So I used oldnewexplorer for a while but decided to uninstall it but somehow managed to uninstall it by downloading a different copy from the internet. This might have bugged it because after uninstalling, I ended up with two status bars showing up. Even after installing it and uninstalling it again, those 2 double status bars wont disapear. I want to keep the default windows 10 one (the black one) and get rid of the oldnewexplorer white one. See attached image below.

Another bug I got was I cannot jump to a different location on the title bar, when I click on the title bar, It turns into text. I dont want to type, Im trying to highlight a location and jump to it which is part of windows 10. See attached image about what Im talking about.

Notice how its not highlighting the location where the mouse is hovering




And when I click, it turns into text rather than taking me to the location

Unable to uninstall Internet explorer 8

hello, i am new to the forums, i am having trouble uninstalling internet explorer 8, i have windows xp home edition, i went to control panel/add remove programs and it doesn't show there, i tried going into the main folder for IE8 but there is no uninstall icon, the reason i want to uninstall it is because i want to install back version 7, and it wont let me unless i uninstall the newer version. any suggestions?

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
2. Select or click Ease of Access.
3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
5. Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
