Windows 10: uninstalling updates

My notebook was working fine until I installed an update in July 2020. It installed over 2 days 15/7 and 16/7. I uninstalled the 16/7 but it won't let me uninstall 15/7, I do not get the option to select "uninstall", also it won't let me uninstall the update it made on 1/9/20 when it uninstalled the update on 16/7/20. I hope this is not too confusing. Help!!!

How do you uninstall chipset drivers?

I'm installing a new mobo so I need to uninstall the intel 865g drivers to make way for the P35 drivers.

Can't find any uninstall options in add/remove programs and intel chipset inst listed in driver cleaner.

Any suggestions? *Confused

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

can't uninstall KB3132372
