Windows 10: University email desactivated; cannot connect to LinkedIn anymore

Hello,I have made a LinkedIn account with my university e-mail adress a few years ago, and have been using it regularly,However, when I graduated my adress was desactivated.Last time I tried to connect, there was a message "this login attempt seems suspicious" and I was asked to provide a code sent to my email.Since I do not have access to it anymore, I am effectively locked out of my LinkedIn account.Is there any way to get my account back by changing the email ? I can send a proof of identity as my ID matches the name and picture of my LinkedIn profile.Thank you for your answer,Enguerran

Linkedin contacts don't appear in People Hub anymore

I just noticed that none of my Linkedin contacts appear on my phone anymore, even though they still appear on outlook.com.

Things that I tried to restore them:

• Power cycled phone
• Checked my settings -> applications -> people -> filter my contact list settings to make sure they weren't being filtered out
• Checked settings -> email + accounts to be sure there wasn't an issue with the syncing
• I removed the Linkedin account from my phone entirely and reconnected to my account (I got a confirmation email stating that it worked)
• Finally, on the outlook.com contact list I re-established my connection to Linkedin.

So that is a list of five things I have tried, and nothing worked. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Twitter & LinkedIn not syncing anymore to People Hub

I have the same problem though only with my >1000 Linkedin accounts. Following your strategy I have a few detailed questions:

- How do you exactly check whether your LinkedIn account is not connected anymore on outlook.com (step 2)

- What do you mean by fixing date/time? Manually adjusting your date time? Or some other setting/automated function? (step 4).

Linkedin is not connecting with my Lumia 625

I understand that your LinkedIn account does not sync on your Windows Phone.

Have you already added the account on your phone? Do you receive any error messages/codes?

Setting up a LinkedIn account

Notes

• You can only connect one LinkedIn account to your Microsoft account. If you want to change which LinkedIn account appears on your phone, first delete the existing account from your phone. That will remove the connection between your account and your Microsoft
  account. Then add the other LinkedIn account to your phone and follow the steps to connect that account.
• Twitter or LinkedIn may not be available in your country or region.
