Windows 10: Unknow app? Anyone else got this??

Hello there!Recently, I opened up my pc and found this new file/app being pinned for some reason. The app is called "Voice recorder" and it was recently downloaded. I assumed it was a Microsoft app yet after further looking the app doesn't load up nor can I uninstall it. I don't know if I should be very concerned at all about this because I didn't never install any news apps, so this is kind of of a surprise. Below I have attached a screenshot of what it appears like. The screenshot is how it appears to me. Also I tried to uninstall but it won'tThanks!!

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

• Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps.
• Install the driver using the compatibility mode.

I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
Go figure!
