Windows 10: Unknow terminal appear when starting

A unknow powershell appear few time when i using the laptop1. When the it boot and logging in to desktop yes! a power shell in login screen!2. after enter desktop3. when i open task managersome time the popup powershell can function normanly, but mainly it cant type any word.and powershell window with transparent blackgroundi have once try to use task managwerand show the broken powershell is start from C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsTerminal_1.16.10262.0_x64......it seem strange.Beside i also dontknow why i cant enter C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ in file exploer even povid

You Need To Enable Touch And Keyboard Handwriting Service On To Fix This Problem
To enable Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service, follow these steps:

1. Press Win+R in combination to open the Run dialog box.
2. In the empty field of the box, type Services.msc and hit the Enter key to open the Services (Local) editor.
3. locate Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service entry under Name section.
4. Now double click it
5. Change The Startup Type To Automatic If It Not Already
6. Then Click The Start Button Then Click Ok And Close The Window
7. Now Relaunch Windows Terminal Your Problem Should Now Be Fixed

Hi, now I know what the utiltiy is, I can suggest another - Altdrag. This comes with a process blacklist- and even a drag and drop target to easily exclude a program.

Thus you simply add the games or whatever you wish to the list so the key/mouse combos are not effective.
