Windows 10: Unknown adress bar has appeared?

An address bar has appeared on the taskbar on the right without me having downloaded or added it. What is this and can it be removed? It is not possible to move or delete it using the mouse, and it is also not possible to search the web in the address field.Could it be a virus etc.?

Adresses in mail / person app

On two PC's I have problems when filling the TO field in the mail app when starting a new mail. These PC's are in no way related / sharing information.

• I get NO suggestion for some of the adresses in the people app; for most I do.
  
  When i click the adress book icon at the end of the address field in the new mail, I see the adresses in the list and can select it.
  
• I get suggestions for people who are NOT in my address book.
  
  How can I delete thoses suggestions and how come these adresses pop up?

 

Folder appears unknown

2 New folders have appeared unknown source, and will not delete.

Admin (PC) and bev (joe-pc).

They also appear under software in device manager. What gives? I have Bitdefender AV. I cannot ID which folder they are under. Listed under "This PC"

 

"wrong path" after running command via address bar in explorer

after I run a command via the address bar in an explorer window, the path shown in the address bar will point to the command and not to the current folder

is there any known fix how to prevent this?

steps to reproduce:

1. open explorer
   
2. place cursor into address bar
   
3. run command (e.g cmd)
   
4. place cursor into adress bar -> path will point to C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe
