Windows 10: Unknown and unwanted blank window appearing on desktop tabs

Hi there, recently this unknown blank window sometimes it has a video player inside with a video playing has often been appearing whenever I press the Windows + tab key to view tabs open on the desktop and I am not able to open it and it just forces me out.I've tried resetting my pc repair version windows, doing a clean boot and scanning for viruses full scan and offline scan however it keeps appearing. Additionally my laptop seems to be slower than usual so I believe it may be connected to the window. Also occasionally when I am using my laptop I notice small url website links appear

Unknown devices keep appearing in my network tab

I get half a dozen and the Wi-Fi is just showing them available and whether secured or not. Usually the signal is too weak to connect. The list may also include printers that use Wireless Direct or Wi-Fi, one of mine is on the list even though I use an Ethernet connection to my Router and its control panel shows wireless as Off.

 

Windows features wouldn't show on windows 10, appears blank!

I installed windows 10 on my pc, I am trying to enable my .net framework and I understand that the way to go about this is through windows features, however my windows features box appears blank, I can't find the checkbox with all the options, I have followed the steps listed on various websites (run services.msc, enable modules installer if not already enabled etc,) still nothing! I would really appreciate if someone could assist me here. Thanks

I think you've misunderstood. I'm not talking about wifi networks. I'm talking about devices that appear on my own network, such as the "generic network connected device" in this screenshot, which is certainly not one of my devices:
