Windows 10: Unknown App keeps popping up every 20 minutes then closing instantly

As title says. An unknown app keeps opening every 20 minutes, causing my current game/program to minimize but closes instantly so I can't see which app it is. I've tried a few methods. I tried recording Task manager to watch back and see if I can catch it but can't. It's every 20 minutes and I have no idea which app it is. Is there any way to find out or maybe check which apps open at which times.

Display window pops up every 20 minutes

After having installed the latest Windows 10 update, the Settings Display window pops up every 20 minutes.

How do I keep this from happening?

 

Windows 7 low on memory during 20 minutes after startup!

Since a few months I have suddely a problem with my Windows 7 desktop:

During the first 15-20 minutes after startup it is having all kinds of low memeory problems:

• error messages "Your computer is low on memory. Close programs....
• browser windows crashing
• applications closing themselves down

After these 1-20 minutes, the problem disappears.

Any idea what is going wrong?

Settings Metro App - Instantly Closes - Cant Diagnose The Issue.

If you have tried, all of the above suggestions and nothing has worked like in my situation. This is how to fix the problem.

SOLUTION
As you can't update via the settings app, follow these instructions.

1. Hold Windows key & press R
Type in winver (this will show you your windows version)
Mine was (Version 1809 OS Build 17763.253)
2. Check if there is a higher update available e.g (Version 1809 OS Build 17763.292)

3. Click on the KB article that is relevant to you.



4. Scroll to the bottom and download the standalone update by clicking on Microsoft Update Catalog.



5. Download the correct system architecture.




Install and this should resolve your problems - if it does (CREATE A NEW SYSTEM RESTORE POINT)
