Windows 10: Unknown bluetooth entry in services.msc

Hi, I am having issue enabling bluetooth with Windows 10. I have updated the drivers but Bluetooth still does not show up in the device managers and the enabling icon in the systems menu is just missing. Referring to available guides I now try to set it up automatically through services.msc. There, two entries for bluetooth are available. The first one is set up on automatic as can be seen below, no problem. The second one is for an unknown user 1836e1, and I cannot turn it on automatically for this one. Any idea what is this unknown user and if it could be the source of my problem ?

Bluetooth Services

I've been using the audio gateway on my phone for a while, but when I actually looked through the list of services it does provide, I found it to be quite large. For some reason, my computer doesn't support many of these, such as remote control etc.

I'm pretty sure it has more or less to do with my bluetooth adapter, because it gives me only a small list of the total services it can accept. Anybody have any idea how I can add more?

When Bluetooth doesn't work or the Bluetooth icon is missing

Try these steps if your Bluetooth isn't working. Here are some other common problems:

• The Bluetooth icon is missing or Bluetooth can't be turned on or off.
• Bluetooth doesn't work after a Windows 10 update is installed.
• Bluetooth doesn't work after you upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 or Windows 7.
• Bluetooth doesn't appear in Device Manager, and there are no unknown devices listed.

 

Pairing Bluetooth Headphones

As an additional troubleshooting step, we suggest that you try to change the Startup type for Bluetooth Support Service as Automatic. Here are the steps:

• In the search box, type services and click on the result.
• Select and double-click Bluetooth Support Service.
• Under the Startup type, click on the drop-down menu and change it to
  Automatic.
• Restart your computer.
