Windows 10: Unknown device error in Device manager - ACPI\VEN_PNP&DEV_0A0A

I can not seem to find a driver that will fix the "Unknown Device" error in device manager. The device ID is: ACPI\VEN_PNP&DEV_0A0A It is for an ASUS Z87-A motherboard. There is no driver download on their site that solves this issue. I don't have the motherboard CD, the motherboard is second hand. I can't find the serial number on the board for their tech support because it involves removing the whole board out of the system I spent four hours installing it with all my components and I needed it to type this message. Is there a place that I can download this driver?

X800 GTO2 = Unknown Device

I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?

I am most grateful for your advice. It's looking like the Intel management engine device is the culprit, but I don't seem to be able to replace it.

When I went into device manager properties/Details/Hardware Ids for the unknown device I got this
ACPI\NTN0530
*NTN0530

When I googled those, I didn't find much that made any sense to me, so I located, downloaded and ran as administrator the update for the Intel management engine device. I got this:

Oooops, sorry it is so small. What the error message says is that "the setup program failed to start one or more application processes. Setup will exit."

Where do you suggest I go from here? Can I get there from here?

It was one of those two , cant remember which one , I just kept browsing the list of drivers and saw these which looked like ACPI , I took a chance and bingo .

Still cant get an iPhone to connect to a dell alienware 13 win 10 pro but at least I have one issue fixed .
