Windows 10: unknown driver with tap0901 hardware ids

about an hour ago I turned on my pc and everything looked normal but a few seconds after staying on desktop I saw a BSOD with KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED error I waited for a few minutes but complete percentage on screen was not moving so I restarted my pc with the button and after that it seemed to be stuck on a loop then I hold power button for 10 seconds to do a full shut downfast start up is disabled after that I turned my pc back on and it went to motherboard bios settings I did not change anything and just exit. when pc booted I searched for the error but during search pc crashed and I

Unknown devices usually show up in the Device Manager when Windows is unable to identify a piece of hardware and attempts to provide a driver for it. An unknown device isn’t just unknown — it’s not functioning until you install the right driver. Most of
the time Windows is able to identify and download drivers automatically. In cases where it is unable to do so, you'll have to identify and look for the driver yourself.

Follow these steps to locate the Unknown Device:

1. Press Windows Key + X and select Device Manager.

2. You’ll find unknown devices and other non-functioning devices under Other devices. Each device with a problem has a little yellow exclamation mark over its icon.

To check the Hardware ID of a device, follow these steps:

1. Open the Device Manager.

2. In the Device Manager, right-click the device, and choose Properties in the popup menu.

3. Tap the Details tab.

4. Select the Hardware IDs in the drop-down list.

5. Search the web for the Hardware ID using your browser. You should be able to get the name of the piece of hardware associated with the unknown device.

6. Get the driver for the device and install it normally.

win 7x64 unknown device wd my book 3.0 2T = tap0901

when i connect my book 3.0 (wd) with dell pc win 7 it is
not recognized.when i open device menager-other devices-unknown device(with yellow triangle) -right click- properties-details-ID's=tap0901.there is a certain noise inside a box and white spot blinking each 3 seconds .Thank's

hardware id 0901 acquisition

I am trying to connect an iomega100zip external drive on to my windows7 32bit pc but cannot get the appropriate driver. The device manager tells me that it is available but cannot be downloaded and that the hardware id is tap0901 which I have tried in vain
to find. Please help? I am not very computer-savvy.
