    Unknown error loop after attempted factory reset


    I've been having issues with turning on my laptop, the screen keeps flickering. I somehow managed to factory reset my laptop despite this, but now I keep running into an unknown error loop. It won't restart or start re-installing windows. I don't even know if it's on or off, please help.
