Windows 10: Unknown error msg

Dear All,Need your assistance here, refer to attached, I kept getting this message when I on the computer, cannot even install "adobe acrobat reader DC"Can you help please? Thank you very much

Opening a .MSG file created by Outlook 365

Because the apps I had tried and the one I had installed, appeared on the list of possible Apps in the list for opening MSG files, I thought that repairing Outlook might work. So I tried the repair option as Sheltieuk had suggested. When I then tried Start – Defaults afterwards and looked to see what was available to open MSG files, Outlook had appeared on the list! Selected that and it worked.

For once I have posed not only a question but an answer!!

Tried resintalling and changing the region as mentioned in few blogs

tried reinstalling the .NET also

Describe Your Problem/Question:

Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I get a wrong error message (without number)

indicating a D disk problem. The msg is a nuisance, because the Disk is in

excellent condition.Yesterday I performed a D: chkdsk /F /R, with the end

result after the cluster fixes, that it listed an unknown error :

766F6c756d652e63 461. I can't find any information on the this error and I

can't turn off the false error msg, that appears at boot time. Do you have

any ideas. how to fix it? There is no problem with drive!
