Windows 10: Unknown file wont delete called "Enelo64.sys"

So I tried to play some games and the game I'm trying to play requires an external anti-cheat program FaceIt Antic-cheat. I tried to open that anti-cheat and when i tried to open it, it said "Forbidden driver: C:\Program Files\ENE\io\EneIo64.sys"
So I tried to look for the folder and I found it. I googled what this program is and i didn't find anything on google. I tried to delete the whole ENE folder but it deleted everything except the Enelo64.sys... It just says that its open in another program.


How can I delete this file or get it to not be forbidden. Please help I really need to get my AC to work.

Can I delete this unknown file safely?

Well then simply erase (Shift + Del) the $RECYCLE.BIN folder of that drive, I just find it odd that Windows doesn't pick up the drive's recycle bin when you connect it.
And yes it's completely safe to delete the whole $RECYCLE.BIN folder, it wont affect any of the other files/folders on the drive, and whenever you delete (Del) another file it will be re-created.

 

Unknown File called Skycap.exe, I have deleted the skycap.exe file but it's there again after restarting the computer.

I keep finding a task running in the Task Manager called "nine" which I end constantly. Before ending it I right-clicked and chose Open File Location (oops now there are 2 instances of "nine" running). The location is in C:\Users\swike\AppData\Local\
and the file is called skycap.exe. When viewing the properties of skycap.exe there is nothing to tell me about the file except under the Details tab, which shows the following:

• File description = nine
• Type = Application
• File version = 1.0.0.0
• Product name = nine
• Product version = 1.0.0.0
• Copyright = Copyright (c) 2015
• Size = 10.5 KB
• Date modified = 5/20/2016 7:58 AM
• Language = Language Neutral
• Original filename = infringes.exe

It shows back in the Task Manager within seconds of me ending it. I have deleted the skycap.exe file but it's there again after restarting the computer. It has passed all scans from McAfee, Ad-Aware, Norton and even SpyHunter version 4.21.10.4585.

If anyone can shed some light on this for me, it would be great.

Can I delete this unknown file safely?

I'm currently tidying up my external Western Digital HD and I ran Treesize to see where everything is.
I came upon the highlighted file and sub files, below, which is hidden, but I wish to get rid of it as it contains 20Gb of data.
It contains files, such as films, which I had previously deleted and which I thought had gone but which appear to have gone to some hidden deleted file.
I presume it would be safe to delete this whole file and sub file via the Treesize application without it affecting all the stuff I want kept on the HD?
