    Unknown Files in Storage. Also, storage kept disappearing.


    I kept noticing my storage keeps disappearing even though I am not downloading anything at the moment. I am not sure exactly if I downloaded anything or I just didn't notice. I would have 50gb free and then a few days later I might have 35gb. I can probably account for 90% of my 1tb SSD. After deleting some things and checking for viruses. I saw a post that recommended treesize. I downloaded it to see my storage.There are a few files that I don't know what they do.These blank 9 files that take up 33gb for no reason?There is also system volume information that takes up 20gb?I also don't know ho

    Two email storage files have disappeared Microsoft Outlook 2016

    Using Microsoft OUtlook 2016. Two files for email storage have disappeared. They are not in the deleted or archive files.

    File Storage Server Prototype

    Alright guys, I'm making a prototype machine here, I would like to use some version of linux to run my storage server. I'd like for it to be able to handle up to 6TB of storage. Also I would like to use a version of linux that is vary stable and can interact well with a windows/mac home networks. What would you suggest?
