Windows 10: Unknown Files Showed In My Dekstop

Hi, I just wanna give some question, My Dekstop is showing an Unknown File named Ver.txt. I already remove that file but, The Unknown Files its still added on My Desktop. Can someone tell me whats happening on my dekstop?

We suggest that you check if the folder is hidden by following these steps:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type folder, and then select
  Show hidden files and folders from the search results.
• Under Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives, and then select
  OK.

There is a possibility that those files have an unknown (results of corruption) file extensions that are hidden. This causes you not to be able to open the files. What we can do to check if they really have an unknown file extension is by doing this so:

• On the upper part of the File Explorer, click on View, and tick on the
  File name extensions option. This will show you the extensions of every file.
• If you see any unknown extensions, remove and change them by the correct file extensions.

This has to be the answer to your questions.

Micro stutters when right clicking on dekstop or file explorer

Basically the pc freezes for a very short amount of time when I right click on dekstop or in file explorer
