    Unknown program running - any ideas on what it is?


    Windows 10 x 64
    Microsoft Windows Version 1903

    There is a strange icon in my task manager that I've never noticed before. It has no identifiers and when closed it automatically restarts. Any help is appreciated. Screen shot included.

    This consistent uses about 20 mb of memory.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
