Windows 10: unknown programs shows up in start up of my pc

Hello some weeks ago i opened task manager to check something and i went to the start up programs. Then i noticed some unkown program running during the start up. i would like to know if its a malicious program, where did they came from and how can i remove them. The programs a show with the first two red arrows seems quite strange to me.

Why are built-in programs starting to show up in Programs and Features

After last month's Windows Updates, I noticed Remote Desktop was listed under Programs and Features as an uninstallable program. After this month's updates, Paint is now listed. Is Microsoft rolling out some new OS unbundling strategy one step at a time or something?

 

Program and Features screen shows that EasyBCD has been installed, but in the Start menu EasyBCD does not show up; similar situation in respect of HP ScanJet 200

• Are you facing this issue in local account or Microsoft account?

I suggest you to follow the below steps to find the “EasyBCD program”
in program files folder and you can pin it to start menu, check whether you can see it in start menu tiles bar.

• Press “Windows+E” and go to “This PC”.
• Click on “C” drive and click on “program files”.
• And check for “EasyBCD program”, right click on it.
• Then click on “Pin to Start” and check whether you can find the
  program is in start menu or not.

Hi Peter,

An unknown application could show if there is a software conflict. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to ask these questions:

• Have you recently installed a program or application?
• Have you made any recent changes to your PC prior to this issue?
• What is the build number and version of your Windows?
• Are you able to open the application?

In the meantime, we suggest that you delete this application from Programs folder by following these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Right-click on the unknown application.
• Select More, and then click on Open
  file location.
• File Explorer will show. Right-click on the unknown application from the list of apps.
• Select Delete.
• If prompt, enter the administrator password.
