Windows 10: Unknown Provider/File version/Copyright of Drivers

I've noticed that a number of devices listed in Device Manager are using driver files that have unknown provider, file version, and copyright information listed. All of the drivers in question are digitally signed by 'Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatability. I've attached screenshots showing a few of the devices in question.This is a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro with the most recent updates. Most of the devices show the information you'd expect to see, but I'm a little concerned these files with unknown origins.Thank you.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Unknown File called Skycap.exe, I have deleted the skycap.exe file but it's there again after restarting the computer.

I keep finding a task running in the Task Manager called "nine" which I end constantly. Before ending it I right-clicked and chose Open File Location (oops now there are 2 instances of "nine" running). The location is in C:\Users\swike\AppData\Local\
and the file is called skycap.exe. When viewing the properties of skycap.exe there is nothing to tell me about the file except under the Details tab, which shows the following:

• File description = nine
• Type = Application
• File version = 1.0.0.0
• Product name = nine
• Product version = 1.0.0.0
• Copyright = Copyright (c) 2015
• Size = 10.5 KB
• Date modified = 5/20/2016 7:58 AM
• Language = Language Neutral
• Original filename = infringes.exe

It shows back in the Task Manager within seconds of me ending it. I have deleted the skycap.exe file but it's there again after restarting the computer. It has passed all scans from McAfee, Ad-Aware, Norton and even SpyHunter version 4.21.10.4585.

If anyone can shed some light on this for me, it would be great.
