Windows 10: Unknown software exception 0xe0434352 in application location 0x00007FFD112E3B29

My wife has an ASUS Vivobook, model S532F. On boot it displays the above error about 50% the time and prevents continuing to the password screen. The only option is to turn off the machine fortunately this machine has a power off option available on initial boot screen. Most of the time after shutting down it will boot properly. BUT this is a bit of a pain, and I wonder if this will become a greater problem in the fufure.

According to the MY ASUS application, the machine is current on all drivers and updates.
