Windows 10: unknown start up programs

hi, i have on my start up two apps that i don´t recognize, ive run multiple scans but never found anything if its virus or anything. i cannot get more info of the apps just disable it. for some reason every screenshot and pic i trie to upload it failed, so one program is called ´13´ and the second one ´b6b8eda7-9c8f-408b-9df9-6ea58c44b71f B6b8eda7-9c8f-408b-9df9-6ea58c44b71f´ i really have no idea what it can be, there´s no icon to it just blank paper icon. if anyone have idea what it is or how can i get rid of it i would be very grateful, Thank you

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

XFX started it and Evga is doing the same. Evga is starting its own reinbursement program for those who bought the Evga 2xx series when they first came out. All you have to do is follow a few steps.

The only thing this doesn't cover is the Step-up program. I'm fine with that because I got the price cut anyway. I just hope to get the card by this weekend if not early next week. I have a itch to bench. *Rockout :rockout:

Why are built-in programs starting to show up in Programs and Features

After last month's Windows Updates, I noticed Remote Desktop was listed under Programs and Features as an uninstallable program. After this month's updates, Paint is now listed. Is Microsoft rolling out some new OS unbundling strategy one step at a time or something?
