Windows 10: Unknown USB Device Device Descriptor Request Failed As of 10/4/2020

I've been having an issue involving my front USB 3.0 port. Before today, my USB port worked just fine plugging in my devices but then it suddenly stopped working. My PC is custom-built I've had it for only two months with a B450-A PRO MAX Motherboard and an NZXT H510 Tower so it only has one USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A port. I've been troubleshooting for the past hour and I have tried:

- Cleaning the case from dust

- Uninstalled the USB Device and reinstalled it via reboot/checking for hardware changes

- Disabled the Fast Startup option

- Changed my USB selective suspend setting

- Installed most recent BIOS update 6/24/20

- Enabled enhanced power management for the USB device


I cannot troubleshoot for hardware & device troubleshooter as apparently removed that from a recent update.

Maybe it's time to step back from the current efforts, and start over. I suggest you read over this excellent tutorial and try all of its steps: [Solved] Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) for Windows 10 - Driver Easy. The one that may provide you with some easy relief is the one where you uninstall the device whose descriptor is failing, reboot, and see what happens when device enumeration recurs during boot-up. If you're lucky, it will fix itself.

When I connect my Tascam 202 MKVII cassette player to record through USB port using Windows 10 OS, the USB port shows this message and does not recognize the hardware.

May I please know, How to get rid of this issue?
