    Hello,


    So recently I started to get this uncontrolled popups that Unknown Device was connected and disconnected over and over again.

    1. I tried to reinstall USB drivers, unable the USB device and troubleshoot it.

    2. Restarted PC multiple times, all updates are installed.

    3. Checked all my USB ports, non of them seems to be destroyed somehow, besides my PC is brand new, was working fine for a month or so until now.

    4. Looked for solution online, seems to be a common problem but no working solutions so far.

    5. Interesting part is that it says that it is "Port_#0011.Hub_#0001", all other USB ports work fine, I unplugged all devices and double checked, all work fine(mouse+keyboard). I also checked all ports by connecting device to it and checking its number, but none of them(all ports on PC) is "Port_#0011.Hub_#0001", like it was popping an error on USB port that doesn't exist, inside PC also everything is fine.

    6. I also unplugged the front USB panel to check for errors there, no change, still got popups.


    Please help as soon as possible

    X800 GTO2 = Unknown Device

    I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?

    Usb not recognized(unknown device) problem

    As above! No usb drive/flash disk,keyboard,mouse on usb ports etc etc but still popping in, on and off tried to new Windows. Tried all solutions on internet but still no joy. Device manager showing unknown device. Motherboard Asus x99 sabertooth. update bios from old to new. no luck
