Windows 10: Unknown USB device Port Reset Failed - Device Manager's description for the connectivity...

Hello everyone,I'm having this connectivity issues which are triggered from time to time with my USB dongle for my Logitech K750 Slim keyboard + mouse combo on Windows 11.Background: I've checked the USB dongle with keyboard +mouse on another older laptop Windows 7 and is working well.I've looked for this issue on Device Manager and found the following info : Unknown USB device Port Reset Failed. Also i've check automatically for drivers update but it seems that all are up to date.Do you know what could be the issue and what can i do to fix this ?Thanks' to the community !

5. Disable Quick Startup

Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)

Hi Jhakesong, I've tried the suggestions you've given, but unfortunately, I've had no success with it.

I opened device manager again and uninstalled the 3 USB Root Hubs I have and restarted my computer. The drivers upon bootup have been reinstalled but the same two ports fail to recognize any device inputted. Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed) is still present and it appears as though this method did not work. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

Hello, a few months ago a USB port on my lenovo laptop became unable to recognize any device that would be entered. I normally use my USB ports for peripherals such as mouse and keyboard. Checking my device manager shows Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed). Following some guides on the internet, I've tried restarting my laptop, updating drivers, and reinstalling drivers. Nothing has worked so far, so I ended up using another USB port on my device that was able to recognize my mouse. Fast forward up to now a second USB port now has the same issue of Unkown USB Device (Port Reset Failed). Is there anything I can do? Thanks.
