Windows 10: Unknown USB Device Port Reset Failed

Hello,I am a Hardware Technician, am facing the problem with getting an error message "Unknown USB Device Port Reset Failed" but all of your USB devices are working fine. The issue with camera not working, if disconnect the camera that time the error massage was not getting, when it's connected Error is showing, Replaced New Camera, Cable and reinstalled OS But it's same issue. what am do now?

Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)

Hi Jhakesong, I've tried the suggestions you've given, but unfortunately, I've had no success with it.

I opened device manager again and uninstalled the 3 USB Root Hubs I have and restarted my computer. The drivers upon bootup have been reinstalled but the same two ports fail to recognize any device inputted. Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed) is still present and it appears as though this method did not work. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

Hello, a few months ago a USB port on my lenovo laptop became unable to recognize any device that would be entered. I normally use my USB ports for peripherals such as mouse and keyboard. Checking my device manager shows Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed). Following some guides on the internet, I've tried restarting my laptop, updating drivers, and reinstalling drivers. Nothing has worked so far, so I ended up using another USB port on my device that was able to recognize my mouse. Fast forward up to now a second USB port now has the same issue of Unkown USB Device (Port Reset Failed). Is there anything I can do? Thanks.
