Windows 10: Unknown usb driver device descriptor request failed

I am facing this problem in my windows 11 Unknown usb driver device descriptor request failed . But my USB ports are working fine. I put my pendrive and it works well. I applied below settings but still the problem not fix yet. The settings are -1. Uninstall and update drivers from "device manager"2. Copy the device instance path and go to "Registry editor" and HKEY_Local_machine >system > current control set > Enum>Usb. I get that path and Right click to new file as DWORD 32bit and named as "EnhancedPowerManagementEnabled" and set the value to 0 and restart the windows.3. Disab

Maybe it's time to step back from the current efforts, and start over. The one that may provide you with some easy relief is the one where you uninstall the device whose descriptor is failing, reboot, and see what happens when device enumeration recurs during boot-up. If you're lucky, it will fix itself.

When I connect my Tascam 202 MKVII cassette player to record through USB port using Windows 10 OS, the USB port shows this message and does not recognize the hardware.

May I please know, How to get rid of this issue?

my bios is and custom unlocked bios (latest version) (thanks to Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source ) because of lenovo hardware whitlist maybe thats causing the problem???
