Windows 10: unkown hardware error and pc wont turn on

so one day i was playing a game that wasnt even a high end game it was just roblox but while i was playing my gaming laptop popped up something that said unkown hardware error then after that i tried starting my laptop back up but it never started and it still has not like 5 days later does anyone know how to fix this?

PC shut down, wont turn back on

The fan twitch is it powering up and then the psu is noteing a short and cutting out hence why it wont do it again straight after until it's reset, something is blown or shorted out so you need to do as someone suggested and split the pc out then, on a table build the minimum up as he said and step by step see what's happening.
