Windows 10: Unkwon USB Device Port Reset Failed

I have searched endlessly for the solution for this and my problem is that I don´t what is making this. All my devices work perfectly but I kepp listening to the diconecting and connecting USB sound.I have already tried plenty of methods sucha as:Updating drivers;Uninstalling drivers and re-boot;Troubleshooters;uninstalling all of the universall bus contrrolers;Changing power plan settings for usb devices;Turn off fast startup, and many more.Please someone help me .Driver Name: usb.inf Class Guid: {36fc9e60-c465-11cf-8056-444553540000} Driver Date: 06/21/2006 Driver Version: 10.0.22621.2506 Dr

Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)

Hi Jhakesong, I've tried the suggestions you've given, but unfortunately, I've had no success with it.

I opened device manager again and uninstalled the 3 USB Root Hubs I have and restarted my computer. The drivers upon bootup have been reinstalled but the same two ports fail to recognize any device inputted. Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed) is still present and it appears as though this method did not work. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.
