Windows 10: unlawful deduction of finances from my bank account

After spending months asking Microsofti to cancel my subscription with the response that my subscription will end in August, despite having the month to month subscription plan. Now that my subscription has ended I am still being billed! without re-subscribing!This needs to stop and I want a reimbursement. If administration can sort this out please.Honestly this is ridiculous.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

i have a deduction from my Credit Card from microsoft and not mine

i have a deduction from my Credit Card from microsoft - and i have checked all my accounts - not the Time for renewal of any of my account services. - bank said we have no infomation.

Do you not see Yahoo Finance from the list of apps? If so, this could be with an issue with the software itself. It looks like Yahoo Finance has a website, so you can either check your profile online or use an alternative stock/finance-related app from
Windows Store.
