every time I use a service that uses my Microsoft account it lists sky.com as an option lately it was Alexa show that I linked Microsoft calendarnow I have not used sky email for about 10 years I have sky tv but not sky broadbandso how do I unlink sky.com from Microsoft Hotmail,outlook windows 11 login

Does Sky Email refer to the email address provided by Yahoo? Regarding your problem, we can troubleshoot the problem in two ways.

1. Please visit Sky Email's email website through your browser and log in to your email address to confirm whether you can receive and synchronize mail on the website.
   
2. We need to confirm whether you are logged in to Sky Email using Outlook Desktop or Mail app, and we recommend that you use the email address of another domain name to log in to Outlook or Mail app to confirm that you can receive and synchronize mail.

sky/yahoo email

I keep getting a message saying my sky/yahoo email settings are out of date. I have tried so many different things and nothing has worked. My emails stopped in the middle of July 2020 on my laptop. Have rung Sky and they say it is a Microsoft problem so
I rang them and they cut me off.

Grateful for any suggestions.
